1. What is your return policy? 

Little Sloans offers returns on full-priced merchandise when initiated within 7 calendar days of being delivered or being set out for local pickup. Items must be free from orders, unworn, and with original hang tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at help@littlesloans.com, and we will provide you with a shipping label.

2.Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

3. If I live in Dallas, TX, do I have to have my order shipped? 

No! Please select the local pickup option at checkout.

4. How does your sizing run? 

Our clothes run true to size/generous. For example, if your child normally wears a 2T, we would recommend ordering a 2T. If between two sizes, we recommend sizing down.

5. What if there is an issue with my item? 

If you receive an item that appears to have a manufacturing defect or error, please send a brief description, photo, and your order number to help@littlesloans.com. Manufacturing defects need to be addressed within 7 days of the item being delivered or being set out for local pickup.

6. I would love to send you some feedback! How should I do that?

We LOVE to hear feedback from our customers, both positive and negative. We are a new company, and the best way to improve is to hear from you!! 7. How do I care for my items?

Many of Little Sloans' pieces are 100% cotton, and we recommend machine washing cold and tumble drying low. Machine washing and drying will not affect the smocking, however there can be some shrinkage at high heat. Every machine is different, but we tried to take this into account when creating our sizing. Personally, I wash my Little Sloans' items normally with my other clothes.
