1. What is your return policy? 

Little Sloans offers returns on full-priced merchandise within 30 days of ship date. Items must be unworn with original hang tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at help@littlesloans.com, and we will provide you with a shipping label.

2.Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

3. If I live in Dallas, TX, do I have to have my order shipped? 

No! Please select the local pickup option at checkout.

4. How does your sizing run? 

Our clothes run true to size. For example, if your child normally wears a 2T, we would recommend ordering a 2T.

5. What if there is an issue with my item? 

If you receive an item that appears to have a manufacturing defect or error, please send a brief description, photo, and your order number to help@littlesloans.com. Manufacturing defects need to be addressed within 30 days of receiving the item.

6. I would love to send you some feedback! How should I do that?
