Little Sloans Sunday Scoop - Edition 3
Share
Hello!!
Madison here, founder and manager of all things at Little Sloans! My parents were in town this week/weekend, and instead of thinking about things for my Sunday Scoop, I was busy shopping and eating my way through Dallas! Therefore this list is a bit random, but amazing nonetheless!!! So without further ado, here’s what I’m loving, sharing, and adding to cart!
- First, I wanted to share something that was personally very exciting in the short life of this business. Little Sloans was featured on Do Say Give’s Casual & Classic Boys Clothes for Fall blog post!! I have followed Lee’s blog for years, and her love for classic children’s clothing, books, and gifts has definitely influenced me. As an avid reader of her content, I was very honored to be featured on her website!!
- My mom and I found this diffuser on one of our other shopping weekends earlier in the summer, but I had not put it out until I had my trunk show the other weekend. I set it up in my powder room, and not only does it smell so good, but it’s beautiful!!! Would be a perfect birthday or Christmas present for someone special (or yourself)!
- I have a thing for this bathroom trashcan. I literally brought it as part of a gift to a favorite things party last year. After using this trashcan in multiple bathrooms in my house, I do not understand why all bathroom trashcans don’t have lids!!! No one wants to look at bathroom trash! Do yourself a favor and replace all your bathroom trashcans with these. The only con is that they are a bit small, but I promise you, you’ll be so happy not to have to look at your trash all the time, it will still be worth it!
- I posted about this on my Instagram stories (make sure you’re following along @littlesloans for hard-hitting journalism like this!!), but I bought this underwear for my newly-potty trained daughter, and I am very impressed!! I was looking for something cute and classic that would not show through her clothes, and these are super high-quality. They’re thicker and stretchier than the Paw Patrol undies we own (aka definitely more comfortable), and they’re inexpensive. Highly recommend!
- I had been looking online at “candy necklaces” (I just learned that they’re called that) and found one this weekend! I purchased mine at a store that’s not online, but here’s a similar necklace that I love! These necklaces are super fun and colorful, and I’ve already worn mine twice! They’re so fun!!
- Last but not least, it was so fun for people to come to our trunk show and get to see and touch our clothes in person!! People were so complimentary about our pieces, and I wanted to let you know what people were loving!! The top sellers for boys were The Reid Bubble and The Paddy Shortall, and the top sellers for girls were The Elizabeth Bubble and The Chrysanthemum Dress. All good choices in my humble opinion :)
That’s it for now! I’ll be back next weekend with more fun! As always, feel free to respond to this email with any questions, comments, or shout-outs!!
XO,
Madison
